Game is up!

So! The game is finally up after almost a year of programming, designing, modeling, animating etc. etc. And I'm quite happy with the result so far. The Spell Editor is behaving as intended and the other parts of the game seem to hold together enough as well.

The next thing I want to do now, is to focus on a proper manual and more in-game hints to help players get a smooth start when learning the game. More polished sound is also on the list, since this hasn't been very prioritized so far. A soundtrack is also something that would be really great.

A note on why I'm making this game:

This is a game that until now has been developed solely by me, Albin Andersson. I have a 10+ years background in 3d-modeling/animation, but have only fooled around with programming for five or so years. Though I've made smaller games under that period of time, this is the first idea I had that really made me passionate enough to push through to a playable product. Why? Probably since I always been a fan of games where you can create and build your own things, combined with my new-found passion for programming. So a game where you create things through just programming made total sense. I have also never seen a node editor in a game before, so I thought that could be fun to try out as well.

Also, if anyone would be just a tiny bit more interested, or learn something about how programming can work by playing this game, I would be really happy!

Hope you will enjoy playing!

Albin
